Narrative (Logic)
This video is about the most who struggle in live which are gay people and the youth. At the beginning of the video you can see black teenager from home and his dad finds men magazines finding out hes gay his dad then kicks him out of the house. Mid way during the video he sleeps with his crush and he gets bullied during school. His teacher then confronts him then decides to have a meeting with his dad. This Teenager has been going through hell literally hes been bullied kicked out he was homeless and he was having suicidal thoughts and actions. At the end of the video he gets married with his partner and is happy. This video also has camera work and effects as you saw in the school computers the writers are on the screens.
The music video has a lot of colours and effects which makes this video unique with varieties of lasers colours and visual effects. This makes the youth more attracted to click the video. What Calvin Harris was trying to go for was make this video unique but also similar to the music video How deep is your love By Calvin Harris featuring GiGi Hadid. Which makes the viewers more likely to enjoy it more or even promote it with positive word of mouth. This also shows a lot of environment as you can see at the beginning of the video the background changes and it goes with the beat. This reinforces the colours and the effects because it goes with the beat. Mid way through the video she dances and moves a lot and this would make the youth more hyped because Rhiana is a singer but also one of her professions are choreography as well
This video is unique. In terms of dancing, culture and how happy they look. This video impresses a lot of people because the dancing is amazing. What you can also see that its set in Uganda and there is a lot of culture. One of the aspects of this video is that that pace of how the music and the video is its very quick lively and a nice vibe. A lot of young people would recognise that the celebrity is french Montana and they're most likely to click on the video. Also the dancing is unique as you wont see that much of this type of dancing only in circuses and events like carnival etc
At the beginning of the video the camera work lacks a lot of focus and it only focuses on small thing. The music suits this because the video has a lot of slow motion edits and what you can also say is that you can see people smoking and its still slow motion what this enforces is that when your high on drugs everything goes slow and steady and still. what this also connotes is that near tot the end of the video people have masks or edits on their faces and what this can suggests is that they are relating to animals. Also what you can also see is that there is an slow motion effect and a reverse effect which you can see the smoke coming from their noses out which is really cool from some peoples perspectives. The mask or effect would suggest that this video is unique because it shows that its weird unusual and unique because there aren't that much videos like this
This videos is very motivational in terms of physically and mentally. Eminem is famous for rap music the reason for this is most of his songs are motivational. Most people would watch the video till the end because they are curious if the robot and his team mate win. and during the middle of the video the robot is about to be defeated but then he doesn't give up gets back up and defeats his challenger. Near to the end he gets bigger and bigger and hue Jackman and his son make it to a competition. They get through hard matches but they get to the final; this still encourages the audience to watch to the end. At the end they go to the final and they were destined to lose but they are resilient. Then punch after punch and the challenger is defeated. One moment that really is amazing is when he jumps and punches at the same time.
This video is good with limp syncing and shows a lot of passion and movement. At the beginning of the video this shows that women are more passionate about fashion and choreography. What makes this video special is that it has lymph syncing through out the whole video. This emphasises the lyrics as well because ' Watch me speak from my heart this comes from you' would suggest that they both have to be honest if something isn't working or the problem. Also the speed of the camera movement to different people would suggest that they need to include everybody to be equal. Also colour some shots of the video are grey some are normal colours they might of done that because the colour grey might emphasis a flash back or memories.

narrative-The clip suggests that the program is about young teenagers at school and this is full drama also the character is bringing a lot of element to the show and this effects those around her. One thing that makes the program exciting is that it has a lot of tension because at the beginning she was told to take off her lipstick and then she kisses a guy in front of her dad which the audience will be shocked.
character-The character stereotypes are in this program because in the program she kisses a boy when actual the boy has to kiss the girl. some people would think the same because in other programs and movies the males are the type to go and kiss first but other audiences wouldn't find this as stereotypical as it should be.
setting- setting is in a high school where there are a lot of teenagers and teachers. this is a drama setting because a lot happens during school because anything can happen during school for example fights fire alarms etc. In this case at the beginning there was a fire evacuation and also we see that the main characters are late and also the teachers say they can still smell the smoke but also the location should be in a high school in London.

iconography:The elements that introduce the school sub-genre of a drama are the different types of students and the principal that is not in check and how there is always some kind of problem that is occurring at the school. also there are a lot of scenarios that happen like the fire alarm occurring and also the girl kissing the boy

The
equilibrium for the hunger games is that when everything went normal then
changed instantly for instance when everything went as normal but then they
take her little sister then the older sister retaliates then she takes her
place to go into a tournament for survival. At 45 seconds into the trailer
that's where the equilibrium was spotted when everything went normal than they
do a death raffle then her little sister wins but her older sister in agony
then she volunteers for this into an adventure also another moment in the film
were the moments have changed were that when she finds her friend dead and she
avenges her but when she found her dead she was in a deep sad scene. The
disequilibrium is when she gets chosen to do the tournament and also the new equilibrium
is not shown because if you want to see
it you have to watch the film. The action codes were when she picks up an arrow
and she points at someone then that's a close up at the weapon the audience
will infer somebody is about to die.

In the Hunger Games women are presented as more of the important roles for example as the main character is a girl and the side kick is a male which a lot of people think its stereotypical because its the other way around.Men are represented as subverted characters because they stereotypical are the one to rescue the girl but in the Hunger Games they are the sidekicks. The sidekick is also one of the main characters but however hes a boy which is odd. One of the characters are black and she is a girl but unfortunately she dies during the film. The setting in the film is at North Carolina Games film locations spanned from a dense forest in which
the arena that hosts the games themselves was created to a town that stood in
for Katnis home, District 12, to a sound stage that was the platform for the
fantastical sights and sounds of The Capitol, The hierarchy are usually men but in the film most of people are rich and all wealth. The hunger games trailer widens the film a lot it docent show the film at all just the main parts of the film and people will love this film.

(1)One of the key conventions that I have used Is the teaser and the date. The date that the film comes out is October because it's a horror film and October is a month where people celebrate Halloween. The teaser is promoting the poster by which means "This is more than Revenge". The audience will be excited over the poster because the color scheme is unique because not that many people or film industries use that color the color I went for was like a Glow gray and Wine red the red represents love and death blood. The white glow represents resurrection and relates to death.
(2)The genre that I went for is horror the audience will know straight away that poster is related to horror because of the color scheme. The colors that relate to horror because the color red represents love to hate and death. The character also relates to the theme and genre. If you look closely at the poster you'll see that the character looks worried sad angry. This is brilliant because this will make the audience infer on what he is thinking the. Another character is my brother who in the film dies and the setting is in a river where the sun's rising.
(3) The institution I used to promote my film is Warner brothers logo this institution is promoting my film poster and film because this institution compony is a big company because so many people will know that if you see that logo it's worthwhile. Also, this will make the audience excited because many movies that are produced by warner bros are very good and win many awards.
(4) The synergy from my film is that you will see the grave and the death of a brother and also his way of finding his revenge. This also relates because the teaser " This is more than Revenge" backs up my point because the film is about horror and action and n the poster and film they both have it worded there.
(5) The setting is set in London where it is an urban place and a lively environment but also it can be dangerous because in the film my brother dies in London and is buried. This is also stereotype because in the film they accuse the killer of being black but actually, he's Asian. Gender this film is 60% men and 40% women so its close to be even.

‘Film trailer and poster analysis of The Hunger Games’
The tagline
Title
Release Date
Credits
Central Image
Industries credits
is "the world will be watching you" his suggests that the main character is in a lot of pressure because of this it makes the movie poster and trailer interested
the poster and film trailer are successful because they made a lot of money by making the poster look presentable the film was a big hit
the poster does promote the film because it stands out there aren't that many film poster out there like this because of the fire the flames the effects just make them look promotional
The date also makes the viewer keen to watch it because if they have seen the trailer then they would love it
This promotes the audience by making them watch the film and the trailer is outstanding because the genre for the movie is about adventure.
The key conventions for the film are
Iconography- what we could see in the film is that the main character is out in another Adventure this time it contains drones futuristic Cars Trains transport
we could also see that she is training at the end there's a lot of violence for survival she isn't alone she is fighting for her sister and for herself
Institution logo- we see this at the beginning of the film
colour scheme- the colours are normal but there's a lot of green when they are in the forest
Title- we see this at the end of the trailer with the date of the film coming out
